Whew!

It's pretty sad that these things count as exercise as a 38 1/2-week pregnant lady: 20 minutes of pregnancy Pilates, 10 minutes of cutting my own toenails (wow! what a workout!), a walk around the zoo with Spiff and Gunner, and a 10-minute walk to the salon. What a strenuous day! Also, I finished all of this "exercise" looking better than I did before I started. That's what happens when you end your workout with a trip to the salon.

Excellent! A trip to the salon is a real morale booster. I love having the stylist tell me what beautiful hair I have. it is worth every penny.
I went to the gym Tuesday but had time only for 20 minutes of weight training. (and a shower and sauna). The next day my arms ached and my back went into spasms with every twist and turn. Moral of the story, the gym is bad for you. Walking is good.

Does Gunner know what a badger is now? I wonder when he read Frances if he knew what a real one was.

I'm impressed your still doing that much exercising. I totally remember when I was expecting Lynette that I would walk down Flora for a good 45 minutes everyday until the last week, then...oh, no...not gonna do it, aint happening. You, by the way, look like the cutest little 9 month pregnant woman I have ever seen.
Oh, and responding to Spiff's last post, you should definitly put Wash U first, SLU second, then when you match to either you must by the Linscott's home, as they will be moving out and be close to me for many fun years. Settled? Okay, good.

I made David cut my toenails. And shave my legs before going to the hospital. Exercising while pregnant is a good thing and feeling beautiful is even better. I was so tired of being pregnant by the time I was at 38 weeks that I would walk all the time in the hopes of it starting labor. However, after a 6 mile walk (pushing a 38lb two year-old) did nothing, I gave up on the exercise. I hope these last few days go well for you. Having two boys is awesome and you will love it!
